Urgent medical emergency
Call 999 for an ambulance in an emergency. Give your location and describe the situation. For non-urgent care, contact a nearby clinic or hospital directly to confirm it can provide the service you need.
Find a health facility
Use the Ministry of Health's official pages to locate government hospitals and health services. Confirm the facility's current services, hours, and contact details before travelling; this page does not certify individual facilities or availability.
Make a visit easier
- Bring identification, relevant medical and allergy information, and a list of medicines with their packaging if available.
- Contact your travel insurer promptly and ask about payment and claims requirements; do not delay emergency care to reach an insurer.
- Ask the provider about consultation fees, accepted payment methods, language support, and whether an appointment is needed.
- Keep prescriptions and medical documents accessible, and ask a clinician or pharmacist before starting unfamiliar medicine.
